1. What Stratos is
Stratos is an informational market-structure indicator. It reads multi-timeframe price-action structure of crypto futures and describes the current market posture as a score from −100 to +100. Stratos does not provide investment advice, trade instructions, entry or exit levels, recommendations, or portfolio management of any kind. It describes present structure only and makes no statement about future prices. All information is general in nature and identical for every user — it is never personalised to your situation.
2. No financial advice · your responsibility
Nothing on this service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Trading cryptocurrency derivatives involves substantial risk of loss. Any decision you make, and any resulting gain or loss, is entirely your own responsibility. You should consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (automated scraping beyond permitted use, attempts to breach security, resale of member content without permission).
4. Membership, billing & plan changes
Paid tiers grant access to additional timeframes and delivery channels of the same indicator. Membership is a recurring monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled.
14-day refund on your first payment. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for the service, no reason needed; your membership ends when the refund is issued. After that, payments are final and non-refundable — except where we charged you in error, or where a refund is required by the consumer law that applies to you. Full details: Refund Policy.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which the account returns to the free tier. Cancelling does not refund the current period.
Upgrades take effect immediately at the new plan’s rate, starting a new billing cycle. Any unused days on your previous plan do not carry over, and no refund is issued for the previous plan’s remaining time.
To move to a lower plan, cancel your current subscription — you keep access until the end of the current period — then subscribe to the plan you want. No refund is issued for the current period.
5. Data & availability
Market data is sourced from third-party exchanges and may be delayed, incomplete, or interrupted. The indicator is produced by an automated AI process on closed candles; recorded readings are never altered afterwards. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNIONGAMES Inc. is not liable for any trading losses or other direct or indirect damages arising from the use of — or inability to use — this service or its data.
