Refund Policy

1. 14-day refund on your first payment

If Stratos isn't for you, you can get your money back. Request a refund within 14 days of your first payment for the service and we will refund it in full — no reason needed. Your subscription is cancelled and your membership ends when the refund is issued, and your account returns to the free tier. You won't be billed again.

This is here so you can try Stratos once — not so it can be used for free on repeat. If we see the refund used that way (for example, subscribing and refunding again through new accounts), we may close the account and decline future sign-ups. For that purpose only, we keep a minimal record — a hashed, non-reversible form of the email address and the payment account id. A refund taken in good faith never leads to this, and neither does a refund we issue for a billing mistake of our own (section 3).

2. Payments after that are final

Stratos is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. Renewals and any later payments are not refundable. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date — you can do that yourself at any time on your Account page. This does not affect section 3 or 5 below.

3. Billing errors — always put right

Regardless of the 14 days, we refund any payment that shouldn't have happened: a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge where you never received the access you paid for. Tell us and we will fix it.

4. Cancelling is not the same as a refund

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and that period is not refunded. Upgrades take effect immediately at the new plan's rate; unused days on your previous plan do not carry over and are not refunded.

5. What we don't refund

Stratos describes market structure — it is informational only, not financial advice, and it does not promise any result. We therefore cannot refund a payment on the basis that the market moved against a decision you made, or that you disagree with a reading. Sections 1, 3 and 6 still apply.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Where your local law grants you a stronger right to cancel or to a refund, that right applies.

7. How to request a refund

Email master@stratoscrypto.com from the address on your account, and include the payment date and amount. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your payment provider and bank.
