Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
When you create an account we store: your email address, a salted bcrypt hash of your password (never the password itself), your membership tier, and the time you accepted the Terms. Standard technical logs (IP address, request time) may be kept briefly for security and rate-limiting.
2. What we use it for
Account sign-in, membership entitlement, service e-mails you request (email verification, password reset), and abuse prevention. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
3. What we don't collect
No payment card data is collected today (billing is not yet open; when it opens, payment details will be handled by the payment provider, not stored by us). Market data shown on the dashboard involves no personal data.
4. Storage & security
Data is stored on servers operated by UNIONGAMES Inc. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt; authentication uses signed tokens; one-time links (verification/reset) are stored only as SHA-256 hashes and expire automatically.
5. Cookies & local storage
We do not use advertising cookies. Your sign-in token is kept in your browser's local storage so you stay logged in; logging out removes it.
6. Retention & deletion
Account data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account yourself at any time from your Account page — this cancels any subscription and permanently deletes your account and associated personal data. Unused paid days are not refunded. If you'd rather we do it, contact us at the address below and we will process the request within a reasonable period. Either way, deletion is subject to legal retention duties.
One exception. If an account is closed for abuse of our refund policy (repeatedly subscribing and refunding through new accounts), we keep a hashed, non-reversible form of the email address and the payment account id. That record cannot be turned back into your email, is never used for anything else, and exists only so the same abuse can be declined at sign-up.
